make sure you do not brush your hair while it's wet.. not only can it cause breakage but damager and spilt ends. wet hair = weak hair, so wait until it's dry. when your hair is dry, use a wide comb and gently brush from the ends and work your way up a bit at a time, to insure that you dont accidently rip out tangled hair.
